Jill Margaret Hillman

It is with great regret that we announce the loss of Jill Margaret Hillman who passed away on Sunday 5th July at Belvoir Care Home aged 86 years. Jill was a kind caring mum and will be greatly missed by her daughter Rose and son-in-law Jim, her son Alex and daughter-in-law Jane and grand children Cameron and Lily. She had many friends in Barrowby and Grantham, and in particular the Barrowby Baptist Church. For most of her life she was an active member of the Church and was a devoted Christian. She was a Church secretary, supported Church missions such as the Moldova Church outreach and the mission to London, made soup for the church soup kitchens, helped make Christmas meals for those alone at Christmas and was an active member of the WI. A Funeral Service will be held at Grantham Crematorium on Monday 10th Aug at 2.30pm. Flowers may be forwarded to Robert Holland Funeral Directors 14, St Catherine's Road, Grantham, NG31 6TS.
